ClearPath Direct Primary Care is proud to be located within 7220 Wellness — a multidisciplinary space built to bring together medicine, movement, and recovery under one roof. In collaboration with 7220 CrossFit, as well as local physical therapy, massage therapy, chiropractic, nutrition counseling, and mental health professionals, we’re creating an integrated environment designed to support whole-person wellness.

Our shared mission is to help individuals not only manage illness, but build lasting health through prevention, functional fitness, and evidence-based care. This partnership allows patients to access a full spectrum of services that address both body and mind — making health care more accessible, connected, and personal.
